First lore friendly mod ideas?

Hi there,

I'm looking to make a mod, and I'd like you to share your ideas.

To clarify, I still enjoy playing Fallout 4, the quests and the mechanics.

What I have in mind is something that fits into the game's lore, but is adult oriented, obviously.

Like a story, quest, repeatable job, something the sole survivor could do while completing the vanilla game.
