Weird underwear texture with leg line

So I'm using SOS SE and Tempered skin. I've tried uninstalling Tempered skin and using SOS by itself but the issue persists, I've also tried different versions of tempered skin.

Sorta looks like the armor/clothing needs to be fitted in Bodyslide.

 

Alternatively,  if the clothing doesn't have Bodyslide capability or you can' otherwise fit armor for the character, then you might be able to make it work by futzing with racemenu to fine tune your player to fit the armor (with consequence of having altered your player's body)

 

And fwiw, I did just that to fit my (3BBB) female player's butt to some HDT enabled (stock CBBE w/physics) SunJeong skirt so the skin doesn't poke through when she's walking. very minor tweak just to alter the shape of her derrière slightly and stop the clipping/bleed-through. For gross changes, I think a bodyslide or outfit studio fitting is the only way.

I figured it out, Vortex wasn't installing the textures correctly, a manual installation fixed it
