[REQUEST/SEARCH] - Brigandage/Common Clothes analogues for several other factions/armours

For a long time, I've been using Credo as my overall replacer for the base armours in the game. I just really enjoy the grimy, Witcher-influenced high medieval look it adds, and it also feels to me like that version of Skyrim accommodates the wide variety of outfits my characters and followers use much better than the vanilla game or a pseudo-Viking replacer does. I've been trying to fix Credo up with new meshes, but honestly it's an ancient mod, was never even finished, and a lot of the ESP itself is either redundant (for example, I use Brigandage which makes the bandit changes irrelevant), broken, or lazily written (way too many Credo replacers use the male outfits for everyone... boooo!).

What I'd like to do is just dump Credo entirely and make my own no-ESP replacer using the armours I've repurposed from Credo and supplemented with newer material. Way, way simpler, just meshes and textures and you're good to go.

However, there's three or four factions I want to give the Brigandage randomizer treatment to, where one or two default outfits are randomized to draw from a larger pool to greatly increase visual variety.

1) Stormcloaks/Windhelm Guards (which is an existing function in Credo and the main reason to keep the ESP, but it's not even properly working all the way, lol)

2) Merchants

3) Noble/Fine Clothes

4) (maybe) Dwemer armours (to make them more piecemeal... not sure I want to bother).

All of which I'd like to expand to 3-5 sets of clothes, except for noble/fine which I'd like to increase to a half-dozen or maybe more (not sure if a randomizer would affect named NPCs or not? AFAIK, CC/Brig are not very complicated mods as, but as I understand it, the randomization function they add does more than just change levelled lists and also affects existing characters?

My CK/TESVEdit experience is incredibly minimal and I'm really just trying to get things running again, so I thought that if an ESP is out there already that I can copy or repurpose by overwriting it's meshes with my own (the way I do with Brigandage) I could just do that. I'm extremely visual so funny enough, things like making outfits in OS is the really easy part for me, but even small CK changes seem daunting and is exhausting even when I do understand what I'm doing (usually following a step-by-step guide).

Failing that, I'm not sure what to look at in the CK to make an analogous mod (other than Brigandage or CC themselves). Obviously we all have to start somewhere, but I have been putting off playing Skyrim for over a half-decade because I need switch to a newer mod manager and rebuild my modlist, and I really am trying not to add learning and building a bunch of replacer mods from scratch on top of that task list, so I'm trying to make things easier for myself rather than tossing up more walls.

Any suggestions?
