Install
Use Vortex or othe mod manager or copy the files in Fallout 4/Data/Tools/BodySlide/SliderPresets

There are 4 files but the one I recommend using is Model 4.0 
since it is the final body, the other 3 are previous versions that you can also use but the final result is Model 4.0 

and a little present.

If it's not any trouble, what was the order/way you installed the skin mods? I use to use vocd but the difference between head and body textures around the neck was unbearable, and I'm currently using FSM Extreme.
