Use Vortex or othe mod manager or copy the files in Fallout 4/Data/Tools/BodySlide/SliderPresets

There are 4 files but the one I recommend using is Model 4.0 
since it is the final body, the other 3 are previous versions that you can also use but the final result is Model 4.0
