Is there a nsfw mod where npcs can randomly come up to you and ask for sex? Like how the courier runs after you and starts talking to you randomly sometimes, but instead with random people just walking up to you and asking for sex?

Two that come to mind: Approach Redux and M.C.G.

 

In Relationship Dialogue System, NPC's come to chat with the PC, and depending on the answers can ask the PC if they want to get more intimate.

 

I think Scent of Sex also does this, but never really worked for me (I probably had too many scripts).
