 I have reinstalled it like twice and have fucked with all of the fnis settings  i can think of. I have all the correct mods but its only this 1 thing that dosnt work.

incomplete mod? some files are missing. Start FNIS and then press on Consistence Chec, if something is missing, you will see both the files and the associated mod(s)
