Just do 2 posts or 3? idrc. and you are able to download content.

hi. i just read and read 3 days ago maybe  i already read this post to and folowing some instructions  to post here and there and read rules ect ect but i still cant download

i hawe no other ideas but post everywhere xD pls ani admin can give me the permission ?
