teitogun Posted August 22, 2021 Posted August 22, 2021 I would like to make sure that my sims uploads aren't violating any community guidelines. I use a large amount of CC which are bundled with the sims that I have uploaded here. I make sure to credit every single CC author and provide a link to their site. Can someone clarify if there are any no-go areas? I only use clothing and makeup most of which come from the simsresource and simsdom, but a few from tumblr sites and patreons. It would be a shame for me to put so much effort just to see my sims taken down.
Guest Posted August 22, 2021 Posted August 22, 2021 1) credit the authors of the CCs. 2) you are not allowed to use CCs where the author said: do not reupload 3) you cannot included other mods besides CCs (households, scripted mods, etc.) that are not made by you. 4) do not re-upload and change the mod every day for a year just to be on the most recent ones
ChinaTam Posted August 22, 2021 Posted August 22, 2021 I'm wondering why @axemencito is allowed to keep posting little tiny updates to keep them on the front page @CPU as this has been reported many many times. None of the sims have had any updates whatsoever for ages and is only posted to advertise an external paywalled site with these same free ones, oh and sims for sale. Totally understand that creators come first but it's kinda taking the p*** . I'm wondering how the admins are looking at this behaviour and is it acceptable ? I feel it's a waste of time reporting if so?
