SLAL is blank in MCM

Hello, whenever I open my MCM, I can click on SLAL, but is blank. I have reinstalled anything have to do with it a couple times but it hasn't affected anything. Also when reading stuff about SLAL, I see mentions of a SLAnims folder, which I don't seem to have when I look at my game directory. I do think that I probably have too many animations but I think I'm supposed to just disable some in the SLAL MCM, which I cannot access. I apologize if the source of this issue is my own ignorance, or if there is an answer to my problem out there, but I cannot seem to find one. Also, there are animations that work just fine, however the ones I downloaded are obviously missing. Any help is greatly appreciated, so thank you in advance for even reading this long paragraph.

[Just Don't]

1. Missing/outdated Jcontainers. It's a requirement, make sure you install the last version from nexus for Skyirim SE.
2. Give it a bit of time. Some MCM are slow, specially SLAL and the ZAZ one for some settings, so you really need to wait for the options and tabs to appear in the SLAL menu. I usually wait ~5 sec for it, others report times around ~10 sec, which doesn't seem like a lot but it's a considerable time and we're used to get instant menus and options (because again, this is a very specific issue with some MCMs and I haven't seen any explanation, it's just like that at least at the moment).

Oh my god... I saw people saying to wait a bit for the menus and I always thought that they meant to open, then wait with it closed like it was installing... I can't believe the answer was right in front of me the whole time. Thank you for your help.
