LittleRedSonja Posted August 21, 2021 Posted August 21, 2021 Hi everybody! Does anybody know how ww determines what outfits goes in the "expensive" or "inexpensive" category for the attractiveness system? There is no flag for this (at least i cannot see any flag for expensive/inexpensive in Sims 4 Studio). Thank you for any insights, i am very intrigued about this ? 1
BatDood Posted August 21, 2021 Posted August 21, 2021 Turbodriver would have the definitive answer but I would assume the biggest factor would be material type. Silk vs Denim, etc. It's not a preference I ever use for any of my sims as it's an unknown.
LittleRedSonja Posted August 21, 2021 Author Posted August 21, 2021 I don't use it often, but sometimes as a bit roleplaying for some sims, kind of "this dude or girl is a bit snob, materialistic... and likes expensive clothes". I also see it when i randomize the attractiveness for other sims. 1
TURBODRIVER Posted August 23, 2021 Posted August 23, 2021 Expensive is clothing that is made out of leather, silk, or metals like silver and gold. Inexpensive, or as called in the code "typical", is clothing that is made out of wool/cotton, denim or synthetic materials. This is a small detail preference, not a powerful one, but it can matter for Sims that have very few attractiveness preferences. 5
