Having Problem with CTD but cant figure out the cause

Okay. Papyrus logs are a poor source of information about CTD. So, please tell me:

1) what version of Skyrim are you playing (LE or SE),

2) describe when you get your CTD (on load, entering Whiterun, etc.), and

3) post a load order, please.

Load Order.txt its LE and the crash happens randomly but mostly when ever i open a menu , alt-tab, load into new area, and infinite load screens every now and then
