Well, you list of mods might help (MO2 loadorder.txt) and you can browse through the installed files to look for mods depending on MCM, or look at the SkyUI dependency list if it's Nexus stuff https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/12604

 

Realistically, you need to deactivate all mods generating MCM entries except one, and see if the MCM basics are working at all. If they do, all you can do is to search for / box in the culprit  - activate half of the MCM mods, look if it crashes, if not then look at the half of the other half and so on...

Ask yourself what changed between it working and now.

Make sure you have the correct version of the mods for whichever version of Skyrim you are running.

Does your mod manager show any problems?
