[SEARCH] Non-sexual NPC slaves mod

Is there any mod that just adds collared NPC slaves all across Skyrim? Just to make it visible that slavery is pretty common thing in Skyrim.

If you consider the nudity as sexual, you can probably go into creation kit and edit all the outfits so that they're wearing prisoner rags or something along with their collars.
