How do I make my own custom body for Oblivion?

I'm new to modding and I wanna learn how to either create a body from scratch to put it into oblivion or at least just edit a pre existing one for personal use. Finding tutorials on this for some reason were odd because there aren't a lot for oblivion that specifically shows this. Any help on this would be appreciated.

Making a body from scratch is unrealistic if you have no experience with 3D programs.

 

To edit the body - just watch the tutorials about clothes for Skyrim, for MMD+Blender - the essence is the same.
