LOOT wont switch from Plugins to mods. IDK if its the mod or me

What Mod Manager are you using?

 

Anyways you can try doing this:

• Restart your PC.
• Disable your anti-virus
• Create C:\ProgramData\USVFS if it doesn't exist
• Delete C:\ProgramData\USVFS if it does exist

Mod organizer 2. I tried restarting but it didn't work. also This only happen after I use LOOT on the plugins VIA that. after that I try using loot for my Load order and thats when it chose the plugins menu

Try running it as Administrator and check the compatibility mode. If it still doesn't work then, I don't know what else to help you with. But you can try switching to a different mod manager. Also have you reported this on MO2 Discord or Github?
