permanently disable needs decay?

a few in-game hours after I select 'disable needs decay' my sims needs always start dropping again, and I'm fed up of it. does anyone know a mod that would permanently disable it? I would love a mod that does this for the entire neighbourhood, not just the individual sim/household

I think you can do it by shift-clicking a mail box. Testing cheats needs to be enabled.

It's not permanently.
I wrote a mod to read sim-id's from a configuration file years ago, anyhow it did quite a few more things to fill needs. It shouldn't be a big effort to add a sim picker with S4CL.

If you're just talking about your own household and not world in general, you can use cheat menu to get satisfaction points and buy traits remove all needs having to be refilled outside of fun, but it does not work perfectly with elders exercising or think is biking lowers energy still. Alternative you can shift click on sim and should be a cheat there which removes need decay entirely too. Don't think you need to acquire a mod for it long as it's your household only were talking about.
