If the body slide don't have that option then outfit studio is the next best from what I understand, I really have not got to learning it yet. If you want this to effect the PC and/or NPCs Simple wear and tear Bata v2 does this for you after the female has sex x amount of time they will develop one, it works petty good and I am using it now, can only have like 30 females so it is limited a little bit

It has physics so I think it does. but read the discript and it will let you know

It appeared for a few seconds then disappeared, re equiping doesn't show it

 

Im using GT soft body, which is build upon 3BA, no other gear equiped

 

Edit : nvm seems to be a simple wear & tear mod config issue
