Weird Idle animation bug (Help)

Hi, I recently started playing modded SSE again, and I had to reinstall most of the mods I had used to play with, the game works perfectly fine haven't had a CTD, but my only issue really is that my idle animation isn't working properly, I'm not sure why and I have looked around for an answer, but mostly have found no results or non that we're very helpful, I had reinstalled FNIS behaviors, What ill try to disable any animation mod that is affecting my character's movement to see if its that, But if you had a similar issue before, I would much appreciate the help.

 

 

 

I use Vortex as my mod manager

 

I use FNIS

 

My mod list is around 253
