I have questions.
1. What are the differences between the two downloads? They say they were last updated at the same time so I can't tell if one's a patch or what, and looking in the file contents doesn't tell me anything either.

1: One is on Google and the other on Mega.  Some people cannot download from Google and some cannot download from Mega. so I offer 2 options of the exact same Compilation.

 

2: 

MPO = Maternity Pack Overkill. there are several MPO Scriptaddin***.esp files. if you have All New Vegas DLC. enable  "MPO Scriptaddin AllDLC.esp". If you have Sexout Tryout, enable "MPO Scriptaddin Tryout.esp". Disable or remove the other MPO Scriptaddin***.esp files.

 

3:

You don't need any other the mods in the list, but it's a thank you for those mod developers, for making those mods

 

4:

You MUST DOWNLOAD all those mods and follow the instruction to make a resource folder. The Mod authors didn't give me approval to add their mods.

hey, @dborg2 sorry for the ping, but I've been trying to figure this out since at least saturday with no luck, as I'm unsure of if what I'm used to having to do is the case in this games modding. and since this is your thread I thought maybe you'd have the most knowledge of my issue.

so, upon looking for some of the other mods included in this pack of mods, I can't seem to find conversions for anything I've looked at so far to change them to type 4. which is unfortunate. so far I've looked as far down through the list as refugee outfits for type 3, but that doesn't have a conversion on nexus to type 4, which is where I'd assume it'd be if it existed, and anything before that in the list of the included mods I haven't been able to find a conversion for searching here on loverslab. so if someone knows if I do need conversions, or could point me to them if they are indeed needed, I'd appreciate it. I'm trying to get my tale of two wastelands re-modded for a new playthrough before I leave internet service on the 28th of November, for about a week and can't finish modding it. I'd like to have it for playing while I'm gone.

You don't need conversion mods, but in the MCM menu of SexoutNG and Sexout Common Resources, you need to select your Type 4 body (Or that you have a custom body, I forget)

I have a couple of questions, hope doesnt bother. Im playing TTW3.3 and for the moment i dont have many issues but one thing is that i dont hear male actor moans or voices. And sometimes i dont see facial expressions in some animations, is this normal? some animations have expressions and moans and other not? 

For acclaration i listen my pc female or npc female moans but not the npc male ones. Thanks on advance.

I honestly don't know this. I think you should ask in the SexoutNG Beta-thread for both questions.

Not sure whats going on, but I recommend using different ways to host your files. Mega has taken all day to get to even just 50%, and google drive will only download three folders from the drive link.

 

Edit: Used a different browser to download the google drive file and it seems to have worked.

I loaded these mods, it tells me to update Johnny Guitar. But I already updated the newest version from the nexus. Also sexouttryout was missing from the collection.

dont know if im just too slow to install this type of stuff but im using fmod and mo2 both will crash on startup without an error or warning just closes the game

Everytime I boot it up it says PREG: Cannot track pregnancy unless spunk sperm tracker is on 0.0. Now I have tried everything but nothin works. The sperm tracker is ofc ON but still it always shows this message on loading any save. Can you please help me out?

hello so i downloaded this then did the scr resources it is all working except the birth sequence it just keeps telling me to remove clothing i use type 4 if i switch the pregnant body to bnb or type 3 the birth works any idea whats causing this?

yes i did in the common resources menu where it says player everything seems to work until birth with type 4 prego body just keeps spamming remove clothes message

Sexout is completely overwriting any menus added by mcm extender and I have no idea how to fix. If sexout is disabled everything is fine. The only workaround that somewhat works is starting a new game without it enabled, setting everything, and then enabling it. Which obviously is not gonna work if I need to change something several hours in for some reason. I also want to add more mods but until this is sorted I'm stuck..

Hi, thanks for this collection. All seems to be working following the guide you provided. One question though is does smallertalk sexout scences etc only work in New vegas TTW? All I get with random NPC's is a whats up which leads to the convo finishing. No options to engange etc. Is another mod required for this? Thank you.

This is just a framework mod. You need mods that make calls to these mods, to use Sexout.

I tried to change from a basic Sexout NG 98' Beta 7 install to a SOFA one, I followed the instructions about the resources that had to be downloaded, yet now everytime I start a scene, the animations won't start and my character's body will disappear, where as previously I had zero issues with sex scenes.

Which bodies you guys recommend? I tried with type4 for females and roberts for males and ended up with stretch tits in first person.

 

Edit: the problem is coming from SOFA but I don't know why I got all requirements or BnB is not optional? Maybe something with the pregnancy mod? 

 

Edit2: Everything works fine its just the problem in the screenshot and only happens when I enabled "Release 20251111" downloaded from Mega.

please make sure the settings in the MCM menu for Sexout NG and Sexout Common Resources are set.

I think so too but I truly don't know what or why. I tried move the skeleton all over the place. here a screenshot of how I have them and the second one its showing conflicts on my skeleton with SOFA.
