My Character won't die

I've had an issue where whenever my PC's health reaches 0, she enters the knockdown state. I honestly don't remember what mod it was, I've tried uninstalling mods and starting a new save. Does anybody know what may be the issue

Several mods do that, but the main ones are Defeat, and "Death Alternative Your Money or Your Life".  If it's not those, look through the MCM settings for other combat or survival mods that you have installed, to see if they're "helping" you in a way that you don't want.

Thanks for the reply, I already uninstalled Defeat and nothing happened. I'll go through my MCM and modlist again and see what I did, If not I'll just make wipe the game and remod it or something.

Try a new game ?

Try reinstall XPMS or XPMSE , launch FNIS , start a new game

Push come shove, try firing a TIM in console. If you were locked out of death by TIM (a possibility even if things like defeat are more common) , the system response to the command will tell you its (immortal mode) disabled, and if not, just issue it once more to reset its status to disabled.
