UI Exceptions don't tell us much.

Chances are you have an outdated mod that needs updating after the last game patch.

Since we don't know what mods you have...

 

You'll have to remove all your mods and test vanilla game first to make sure it runs OK.

 

Then add mods back a few at a time until the problem comes back.
