Lone_Wanderer_IT
As per the picture below, I have this issue with all the female ghouls. The males don't have this glitch, only the females (unique and non unique ones). I'm sure there's a way to solve it, but how can I do it? I'm using Fusion Girl 1.75 Edited July 31, 2021 by Lone_Wanderer_IT Link to comment

I'm using Fusion Girl 1.75 I am experiencing the same problem. Last night while testing I noticed male ghoul settlers had underwear on with an erection protruding through. I did some research, and found several post pointing to Additional Body Textures - Ghouls and more for CBBE and EVB to resolve the issue. This did fix the problem for male ghouls. However for female ghouls there is only a minor change. That being with it installed the patches of the undergarments on the body are gone. I'm still searching for a solution. This is with Fusion Girl 1.80a. Link to comment
Karna5
I use the CBBE version of this and then manually copy the Fusion Girl textures over it (to replace CBBE with Fusion Girl). That works well for me. Ghouls Revamped at Fallout 4 Nexus - Mods and community (nexusmods.com) Link to comment

You should not need to do anything with BodySlide and Outfit Studio if you use the Ghouls Revamped mod for CBBE. Whether you keep the CBBE textures (which may have darker genitals) or replace the CBBE Textures with the FG texture of your choice (I personally like to put FG dirty body textures into the Ghoul Textures so the females have pretty bodies), the act of having compatible textures should automatically convert any outfits your ghouls wear. The reason is the ghoul actors have a material swap which will override BodySlide and Outfit Studio textures, so the fallout4.esm or relevant plugin will handle the skin texture override, so long as you have a compatible ghoul texture. If you're not sure how to swap the texture then I recommend just keeping the CBBE textures which come with the mod as they're completely compatible and are just missing the genital coloration (which isn't too bad as they're ghouls anyway). Post Script: I may have misread the question as I'm genuinely blind and can't read letters and read by extrapolating context. If the question says you're already using this mod but that it's not working, I'm guessing that perhaps another mod is overwriting what this one does. The other possibility is that the CBBE plugin is not being used (it's an optional file in that mod which must be actively installed, possibly after the main mod is installed). Karna5
For reference, here are how the ghouls in my game look using the above mentioned mod but putting BodyTalk dirty textures for the ghoul male bodies and FG-compatible dirty female textures for the ghoul female bodies. Remember, however, that one can just stick with the CBBE ghoul textures from the mod, or if there's another FG ghoul texture those can be used as well. Link to comment

No, you got it right. I was still wondering if I had to do something with it or if once installed it would have worked immediatly without having to manually fix them. However, I've installed this with the CBBE patch, I found only few male ghouls and I noticed that they got the underwear back on. So I guess I should place them above Bodytalk? Link to comment

Yeah, whereas it has CBBE support, I don't recall anything about male nudity in it. So you're right you need BodyTalk to overwrite that Link to comment
