Trouble Understanding how Sexout Sound Replacer really works

So, I've been using sosr for a long time, but i dont really understand how it works fully... First of all, the install instructions say to disable sexoutng sounds in the mcm, but there is no such option in the mcm for sexout, only the option to disable voices (which i did), is that all I'm supposed to disable?

 

Secondly, how exactly do the custom voices work? i used voice pack C and replaced all the sounds with my own custom sounds/voices, and in game i selected voice pack c with the options menu. When i tested it, I'm pretty sure the sexfx are the ones that i used, but the I'm pretty sure the voices weren't. So, is the voice pack that u select only for ur own character? cuz my understanding is that its for everyone? So if i select to use a certain voice pack (in my case c), will those always be the only sounds that sexout uses? or will it also use sounds from the other folders in the sosr mod (like the ones located at sound/voice/sexoutsound.esp)?

2) Custom Sounds go here:

 

Fallout New Vegas\Data\Sound\fx\SOSr\voiceA or voiceB or voiceC

 

make sure that your files are named as the ones that are in these folders.

Ya i eventually figured it out lol. Was just confused cuz sometimes ppl wouldnt use the voice c (which i selected to be the one sosr uses), but i thinks thats because they were unique NPCs that have their own sound files somewhere in sosr.
