Closing hours Strip Club. Help.

Hi there.

 

I have a problem with the closing hours due to the generic feature of the lots imposed by the mod. I set the closing hours in different ways and sims keep entering my club. I guessed it is because they obey to the generic rules of the game. The closed advice of the local appears and I have to lock the doors but it is impossible to kick out all the clients and the mc command mod needs the doors without locked features to do it.

 

What can I do?

If your player sim owns the Strip Club it's open when you are there and closed when you go home.

It doesn't work like other EA Business's with set hours.

Strange, mine leave after closing hours.

Here are two possible ideas why yours don't:

 

• they need to end the current activity first
• they cannot pathfind a way out
• they wanna hang out with their friends (your owner household)
• something else is interferring with your sims

 

try the following: 

• make a "save as" safe
• bulldoze the club and replace with a very basic one
• make another "save as" safe
• observe simple club

If your sims leave now it was the pathfinding and you will need to hunt down the decor item trapping them inside your original club.

It kinda does - your strippers and guests leave  your household sims however stay. I was perfectly fine to start a club meeting at my closed strip club however, so closing time just affects strippers, janitors and patreons. This might be of interest to @Reinette, as sims that arrive for other reasons than being a patreon (fans, papparazzi, peepers, etc) will not be affected.

Thanks to all of you for your answers.

 

I must be the only person who lives in her strip club ? So when activity finishes I stay there in the staff room, where I study or watch porn (you know ?) This is the reason I experience this annoying problem.

Just like Peeping Toms and "guests" will walk into your regular non-club home there is not much to stopping them ? Rightclick and "send home" might work.

Thanks for the details as I haven't played with Strip Clubs myself.

Hi i’m having an issue with the opening and closing time settings.. whenever i click an on opening/closing time to change it just doesn’t work and i’m confused am i suppose to double click it or something?

click the current open or close time to clear it and then you can pick a new time... by default opening time is like 7pm.. so click 7pm to de-highlight it then pick a new opening time.
