Any Intersex Mod for Sims 4? (2021)

As of writing this, there’s been a new patch for the Sims 4 and I was wondering if there’s any working intersex/both options mod that works in this current patch. I know TurboDriver’s both options mod but I tried getting that to work but to no success and I was wondering if there’s any alternatives for the game.
