Keeping the Club Clean

Anyone else having issues with sims not cleaning the club very well? My janitor or even my own sims will grab glasses/trash and then just....stand there for a bit. Almost like their brains just switch off. Plenty of sinks/trashcans available. They do (sometimes) eventually take it where it needs to go, but by that time the trash has tripled around the club (and don't even get me started on those loiterers dropping piles everywhere and stacking them up to 5 times on top of each other.) Thing is, it only happens during open hours. After the club closes, my playable sims have no issues cleaning up the place. Anyway, is this happening for everyone, or is this my own personal jank that I need to figure out? Simulation lag perhaps, even though nothing else about the club seems to be doing that?

I notice something like that too once in a while.  

 

I don't know, but have wondered if it's due to the huge number of mods I have and some sort of script lag???  May be totally wrong about that though.

I think it's a priority issue. The AI just decides there are more urgent matters.
