Walk with bound hands animation

Is there somewhere an animation available where the player is cuffed with hand on back, but still able to walk around ?

I've seen something like this in Skyrim, Fallout 4 and Oblivion. But until now, I've not yet found something similar in Fallout New Vegas.

Yes and no. The animation exist or can exists, but isn't being used in most case. As such, in normal game with whatever mod, you'll most likely never see the animation.
