plumbobforcc Posted July 21, 2021 Posted July 21, 2021 Hello! I’ve been having issues with Wicked Whims not working. It shows on my start up screen that it’s there, I also have all the items that come in the mod, but I don’t get the notification that it’s installed nor do I have any actions available. I’ve done everything as far as I’m aware that has been suggested in other forums. Completely starting from scratch and redownloading, making sure everything is up to date including the mod, pulling all my mods out and only leaving Wicked Whims to make sure it wasn’t interference from another mod, etc. and nothing has worked. Just curious if anyone has any other ideas or has dealt with this themselves and have been able to fix it.
sims4lover123hi Posted July 21, 2021 Posted July 21, 2021 im having the same issue , i think its from the new update on sims 4 . hopefully the creator of wicked whims will update the mod to make it playable with the latest sims 4 version.

That was my thoughts too because I had no issues with it prior to the update. I had removed the files from my game for a few day to let my niece play, but it’s always worked fine once I moved the files back in game. Fingers crossed that’s all it is.

I thought I was doing something wrong and was getting frustrated with myself. Haha. Glad I’m not the only one experiencing this!

Just curious if anyone has any other ideas or has dealt with this themselves and have been able to fix it. well ya see, thats the thing..the mod is not up to date yet. a patch was released this morning and the mod creator is working diligently to get it updated, be patient, word on the street is tomorrow, at least thats what i've gathered from the discord

Did you try other browsers than the one you use most often?
LittleRedSonja Posted August 2, 2021 Posted August 2, 2021 In most browsers you can see the "download history" and open or even find the file that way. Also you can see if the download is completed or it was interrupted.
babbygirl94 Posted September 7, 2021 Posted September 7, 2021 I have the legacy edition of Wicked Whims and I am having trouble with the attractiveness system. Whenever I have a new game every sim my sim meets in extremely unattractive and if I try to fix their preferences suddenly every sim is extremely attractive. How do I fix this?
