I can`t turn off and find streamer mode/ censorship

I looked up Streamer Mode/censorship and it said there was no such file on the computer.

It's because of the Hoe up file in another article.

So I looked Hoe it up in this file, but I didn't download it! 

I don't know what the problem is.

Do you have Wicked Whims installed ?

The game itself has blur unless you have a mod to remove it like WW.

 

If you have it installed look for the WickedWhimsInfoLog.log file in your TS4 folder and upload it here.
