It doubles the available voice models to allow for mods that add NPCs to that area

 

It also includes all the dialogue in the mod, the base was selective with what it added voice for.

Understandable, when you consider they used voice actors to produce the sound files.

The master LPBards.esp can't be found. Which mod is it from? BecomeABard.esp is the esp from the mod on the Nexus

I know this is a month late for you but ill leave this here in case anyone else needs it: the mod author liked the wrong mod, the LPBards.esp is from "Become a Bard (MCM Restored)" which is an updated reupload by someone else.
