Srap-on Perk

Another question for anyone willing to answer it. How do I get the strap-on perk in fallout 4 with atomic lust and this series of sex mods?

After installing a dildo mod, I tried to craft it at the chemistry bench and the selection was greyed out. I moused over it and on the right hand of the screen it had a perk icon, like science or weapon mods... etc. In that icon it said Strap-on Perk required, I've never seen any perk selection for strap-ons before. This was not Vioxins dildo mod, which I have now thanks to you guy's. I'm reloading All my mods, so I'll let you know if it comes up again. I did not have all of the mods installed when I installed Dirty Sex(& requireded mods/files)and it crashed my game, so I'm starting over.
