Can someone link me to a post with a guide of mods that essentially make it into porn game?

Or is this the only type of guide out there and mostly used?

Pretty much yes, though you don't have to install everything at once or at all to make it functional, here is my best practice advice:

• meet Preston Garvey or otherwise do an early save in Sanctuary with willing test subjects err settlers around
• get the minimal AAF install working + female and male body of choice, test them
• if you want creature features install and test them with Dogmeat and Codsworth
• if you can with your mod manager of choice: backup your load order now
• from here on slowly add and test additional AAF modules, carefully read the mod descriptions to spot incompatibilities.
• be ready to return a lot to your initial safe after testing and dumping incompatible mods

That is the only guide. Look at the title. The "UP-TO-DATE" part specifically.

? WHY didn't I think of doing my playtest like THIS?! ?‍♂️

I always work (for stability) based on the LO. Took me 6 reinstalls to get my current stable LO.
