Can faction economy complete and faction warfare be used together safely ?

In mod organizer, they seem to be conflicting with each other, but there does not seems to be any error in game so far. Is it safe to use these two together ?

Its pointless, seeing as how Faction Warfare is literally Faction Economy 2.0.
