Character's Mouth won't open when gagged, Skyrim Special Edition

As the title suggests, My character won't open their mouth when a gag is equipped. I've looked around for a while and I couldn't find a fix that works out. I will put my mod list here.

MFGFix should do the job unless nothing als wrecks what the MFGfix has fixed.

Right, I've done a lot of reading trying to figure out fixes, and mfg fix is supposed to fix this issue. I tried disabling Conditional expressions and Player head tracking to see if those were causing issues, but that did not fix anything.

I feel dumb now, I was missing Address Library from my list, Installed and the problem fixed instantly.
