I disabled pubic hair, I removed wickedwhims deleted cache, deleted everything off of the sim but he still has pubic hair on his penis. Someone please help I don't know what else to do.

If you have other mods, cc, and especially anything default that might be the cause. Start removing your other mods/cc a few at a time until pubic hair is gone if you can't find anything obvious.

Then deleted your localthumbcache again? Don't worry about CAS for now.
