Gyrro Posted July 9, 2021 Posted July 9, 2021 Hi all! I'm relatively new to the modding scene, figured I'd start putting some of my 3D skills to some use again. I modeled an outfit with a custom 3BA preset as reference, and everything is all done and I'm ready to start getting it into the game. I've done this before in the past but I can't for the life of me figure out how to do it again with good results. Since I modeled the outfit over a specific preset, when I'm importing it into Outfit Studio with the 3BA reference, of course the reference is at Zero Sliders, so obviously the reference and the outfit don't fit up at all. I remember there was a process that I had done in the past to be able to get the outfit to end up conforming to the zero slider reference nicely without much manual inflation and deflation. I know there's the option to set the reference to the preset I used, but you can't do any manual changes without reverting back to zero sliders. Setting the preset as the base shape as well seems like a start but I can't remember, since this would actually double all the sliders visually when moved over to BodySlide, right? Does anybody out there know how this is done? Thanks! Gyrro

This takes over the shape and sets the slider to zero. Now you can either make a conversion set out of it or as follows. Reload the preset or use the sliders again. I know it looks weird. Now negate the slider values. Turn positive into the opposite with a minus in the number of sliders. This should restore the original shape. If the shape is back to the original, create a new slider (menu slider) from it. Give the slider a name - you will no longer need it later and delete it. Now set all sliders to zero. Even the new one. Deselect all sliders except the new slider. Now you can transfer this new slider to your armor. If the shape of the armor fits, then select Armor -> Menu Slider -> Set Baseshape. Now you just have to reload your reference body. File -> Load Reference.

This worked out perfectly! Cheers!
