Playermodel disappears after a few seconds as werewolf

I am trying out the hdt on the werewolf transformation but after a few seconds the mod just disappears and im invisible

Not sure which mod that is causing this, help!

I guess this is the exact moment where Creature Framework kicks in to transfer the vanilla model into the CF provided one.

 

A problem with the CF I guess, the werewolf model. A broken mesh perhaps.
