(search) player leveling mod

Good day or Evening I know there is or was a mod that let the player level up far more easily. If you discovered a Location you got exp of you kill an enemy you got exp of you finished a quest you got exp but I don't remember the mods name so please can someone help me to find it. For SSE please

Ring from the heavens  It works like this.
let's take an example with Alchemy: create a potion, and if you guess the ingredients, you will almost immediately get level 100 in the specific perk, then sell the created potion, you will almost certainly get level 100 in the Speechcraft category, If memory does not me cheat, you will also get level advancements.
The ring is obtainable with AddItemmenu, it must be equipped to have the benefits

 

PS:. Since it makes you practically immortal, it is advisable to wear it only in specific cases

 

Perk Point Book - SKSE  It allows you to increase the points to be spent on Skills (perk) as you like. obtainable with AddItemmenu, or, you will already have it in your inventory once the game has started. It does not require a new tender to function
