Looting bodies and magic menu not working

I can't open magic menu or my game will crash straight to desktop, there is some mods conflicting and LOOT won't help at all.image.png.604781e8015d1990f13c33a61a41e018.png

That modlist is a nightmare. It's upside down? but there are more things listed below... It's really hard to read it, it's not even sorted by priority (which is the default sorting order for the modlist). But at a quick glance

  • You have Sexlab light and SL Matchmaker light. Obsolete mods, remove them entirely.
  • I think Total Character Makeover will conflict heavily with CBBE, SOS or any other body mods you intend to use. It doesn't provide nude models which are needed unless you want to do The Sex with perma undies.
  • You have More Nasty Crittters (MNC), SOS and XP32 Maximum Skel... (XPMSSE) in there. The proper order should be SOS, XPMSSE then MNC. For more details about MNC and related mods (like Creature Framework) check the MNC install guide.
  • Apart from Sexlab light you have SexlabFramework_v?? So I hope that is the full beta release of the framework, Sexlab 163 beta 8. If that's the case, great. Use it instead of Sexlab light. And since you have Papyrus Util installed as a standalone mod (PU is included with Sexlab and other mods) you should load your install of Papyrus Util after Sexlab and any other mod containing PU files.

The conflicts you see are not the type LOOT works with. These conflicts means two or more mods are providing the same files. You need to check what each conflict is about and make an informed decision on this. That's why there is an MNC guide telling you to never overwrite MNC files with SOS or XPMSSE. You should know that Total Character Makeover doesn't support nude bodies, it's in the description. If you're installing Papyrus Util you should know why you're doing it and how to ensure you're using that standalone version of PU instead of the one contained in other mods. And so on.

Trust me, it's way easier to check these things if you stop and read the available info (install guides, mod descriptions), apply some common sense and sort your modlist by priority (as it is by default) instead of whatever you have in there. I'm not sure how you got to that list to be honest. And it isn't showing your entire modlist, so all the above could be way worse.

To be fair though it is hard if one just starts, understanding load order and overwrite priorities and incompatibilities is just a nightmare at first. Add in SOS depending on the plugin index not changing and you arrive at frustration very fast.

Have sorted out the mods and still getting the crash, no idea why and its pretty confusing. Also it says my MNC is 43? But I've downloaded the SE version, and here is the load order.

Learning how to use your mod manager would be a good thing too. This image.png.2c2b54cb1cb58136d4e4eebb95d4a122.pngshouldn't be there. And as I said, the way your left side of MO is displayed is simply not optimal. You just need to click in the "Priority" column until you have your mods sorted by priority. That way moving things up and down will solve things.

That warning is just about mod ports but they are all SE i'm 100% sure, the priority is exactly as you said but still getting that magic menu crash.
