Questions about EA ban

Is it still an active thing? I'm just starting to get into Wicked Whims and I'm finding out how EA is apparently suspending accounts using these mods. Are people circumventing this ban somehow or is EA just not following through on this threat?

Just a bunch of PR to satisfy the complaints and it covers their ass somewhat from liability since EA doesn't include or endorse it.

Banning Mods like WW will cost them big $$ so they won't enforce anything.

Actually, wicked whims was never an issue.

 

The EA post was about another mod that allowed children to be used in WW.
