Bodytalk grey underwear black dick issue.

For some reason the my character is always in grey underwear when nude and has a blacked out penis. But all of the npcs are nude except for my character, what gives? I've tried moving bodytalk to the bottom of my load order but that didn't work.

any idea of how to fix it? I just installed atomic muscle and the same thing is happening.
