Alternative to Blush When Aroused

I've always liked the mod Blush When Aroused, but it has some issues ranging from insane papyrus log spam to its arousal integration doing whatever it wants.

Does anyone know if there is an alternative that's maybe lighter and works properly? Or maybe if it got some bugfixes/patches?

You might be able to do something similar with Active Overlays, but that mod only applies to the player.
