FOMM ERROR

fomm is giving me the error "A Problem Occurred During Install:  The File Exists when trying to install mods and what i look up says delete c:\users\<your username>\AppData\Local\Temp. is it safe to delete this folder?

If you close all programs, you can safely delete the contents of the folder. It will say for some files/folders that they can't be deleted.

You can delete all files INSIDE temp folder and it doesn't matter if you keep any programs open or not, it just cleans it better with less programs open.

At least FOMM should be closed before deleting the files though.
