Looking for a mod that allows me to have multiple homes as well as able to let a sim live in the other houses.

As long as you have Get to Work, there's an exploit you can use to own multiple homes.  Put a cash register on the property somewhere, classify it as "Retail," and then you can buy it.  You can visit at any time, you don't have to open for business, and you can even have them in Selvadorada or Granite Falls.
