Is there a Lovecraftian/Cthulhu Mythos mod for Fallout 4?

I think FO4 is a natural fit for the Cthulhu Mythos...it's got decay, ruined areas...and most of all, it's New England.  And it's the very state where Miskatonic University is located.  And Innsmouth too.  Mirelurk Kings look suspiciously like Deep Ones...

Coastal areas/islands for dreary weather and rundown fishing hamlets? Check.   Degenerate and questionable looking inhabitants?  Check.   Insane asylums?  Check.   Creepy graveyards?  Check?  Miasmic swamps? Check.

If you've ever watched "Dagon" - a extremely good movie based on "The Shadow over Innsmouth" story....besides in the wreckage of Fallout 4, there's always a fine line between faith (in whatever gods) and insanity.  With Cthulhu, you get to cross over into insanity and degeneracy.

Besides the Deep Ones want your wimmen.

You mean besides the whole Dunwich Horror references (Dunwich Borers in FO4, Dunwich building in FO3).   I am a  fan of Lovecraft and Call of Cthulhu Paper based RPG, so I would note such a mod, but I don't think there has been one done.      I think, as you pointed out, the "mod" is already the game itself.
