Well, there are... few. In Steam Workshop search for cuckold.

Intimate Encounters has some Cuckold Stuff.
CK2 is much better in cuckold for now, including some mods.
CK3 has cuckold nerfed to the limit.
I asked there for NPC/AI action like that, so it would result NTR. I don't know if the author will implement it tho.
