Controlling NPCs

Quick Question - What mod(s) are required to force interactions between two npc sims?  Obviously sex related but other interactions as well is needed.  As it was something I was able to do before the last major Sims update and only getting back into the game now, was wondering if anyone knows?  Dont think it's NPCC because Im getting limited control functions being offered.
