Asking if someone would please convert this Mod to Skyrim SE?

Hello, I have been trying to work out the CK to no avail, trying to convert Werewolf Mastery to SE ...I just can't get my head around the CK, despite comments on the post saying apparently it's easy to, but I'm lost
