ENB's that work well with Climates of Skyrim?

I'm trying to get a good ENB again and a lot of them give a bluish look outside which is not something I want, but rather slightly more Orange like my old screenshots. I'd want this ENB to be useful inside and outside too and even for tropical areas but I can't find any. I'm currently using Rudy but it looks like shit in some tropical areas so I'd like to switch at some point, does anyone have any suggestions.

 

Also feel free to add suggestions to ones that don't use CoT too.
